Ingredients

  • 280 g ripe tomatoes
  • 170 g ripe avocado
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 4-5 leaves of fresh basil
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • 2 tsp lemon juice. optional

Instructions

  • Prepare all the ingredients (washed and sliced according to your preferences). You can add a little bit of lemon juice to the avocado to prevent it from turning brown.
  • Arrange the ingredients on a large serving plate or on the single-serving plates.
  • Right before serving, add a pinch of black pepper and salt, a drizzle of olive oil and the leaves of fresh basil.
