Instructions
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, crumbled feta, chopped Kalamata olives, fresh mint, minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and cumin. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a burger patty, about 3/4 inch thick.
Brush the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
