Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove bacon from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
Steam broccoli florets until just tender, about 3-4 minutes, then drain any excess water.
In the same skillet used for bacon, melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and cream cheese. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and cream cheese is fully incorporated.
Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Allow the sauce to simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
Add the steamed broccoli to the skillet, tossing to coat in the cheese sauce. Transfer the broccoli mixture to a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle the cooked bacon and remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese over the top of the broccoli.
Finish with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let the bake rest for a few minutes before serving.
