- 2 English cucumbers cubed
- 80 g sour cream
- 30 ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 25 ml lime juice
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Gather all the ingredients you need.
Make the dressing; in a mixing bowl combine sour cream, lime juice, olive oil, and poppy seeds
Make the salad; pit, peel and cube avocado.
In a large bowl, combine chopped cucumbers and avocado.
drizzle the salad with the prepared dressing.
