Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado
  • 2 English cucumbers cubed
  • 80 g sour cream
  • 30 ml extra-virgin olive oil
  • 25 ml lime juice
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients you need.
  • Make the dressing; in a mixing bowl combine sour cream, lime juice, olive oil, and poppy seeds
  • Make the salad; pit, peel and cube avocado.
  • In a large bowl, combine chopped cucumbers and avocado.
  • drizzle the salad with the prepared dressing.
