Ingredients

  • 180 g mixed red berries frozen
  • 20 g blueberries frozen
  • 300 ml unsweetened almond drink or another dairy-free drink of choice
  • 20 g unsweetened peanut butter
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients and blend until smooth. You can add more or less liquid according to your preferences. These quantities make 2 small smoothies.

Notes

  • If you don't want to use frozen fruit, you can swap it for fresh berries and add a couple of ice cubes instead. Adjust the amount of liquid accordingly,
  • To create a more complex flavour profile, in this recipe the red berries are mixed with some frozen blueberries.
