Ingredients

  • ½ cup full-fat mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 4 ounces blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped optional for garnish

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth and well-blended.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and white wine vinegar, whisking continuously until the mixture is creamy.
  • Add the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and sea salt to the bowl. Stir until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Gently fold in the blue cheese crumbles, making sure they're evenly distributed throughout the dressing. For a smoother dressing, you can use a fork to mash some of the blue cheese crumbles into the mixture.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the dressing to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Stir the dressing before serving. If desired, garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a touch of color and freshness.

Notes

For a thinner consistency, add more heavy cream, one tablespoon at a time, until desired thickness is achieved. The dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week. If you're a fan of a stronger blue cheese flavor, feel free to add an extra ounce or two of blue cheese crumbles.
