Ingredients

  • 2 oz 60 ml vodka
  • 1 oz 30 ml unsweetened cold brew coffee
  • ½ oz 15 ml sugar-free coffee liqueur (e.g., homemade or a keto-friendly brand)
  • ¼ oz 7 ml heavy cream
  • 1 packet 2 grams powdered erythritol or equivalent keto sweetener
  • Ice cubes
  • 3 coffee beans optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
    Add the vodka, unsweetened cold brew coffee, sugar-free coffee liqueur, heavy cream, and powdered erythritol to the shaker.
  • Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 20-30 seconds, or until the outside of the shaker feels very cold to the touch.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with three coffee beans, if desired.
