Ingredients

  • ½ cup Coconut Oil melted
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • ¼ cup Matcha Powder
  • ¼ cup Sugar-Free Sweetener like erythritol or monk fruit
  • ¼ cup Almond Butter
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Gather a mixing bowl, a whisk, a silicone mold or muffin tin, and a spatula. If using a muffin tin, line it with paper liners for easy removal.
  • In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil until it’s completely liquid. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the matcha powder, shredded coconut, sugar-free sweetener, and a pinch of sea salt. Whisk together until evenly mixed.
  • In the same bowl, add the melted coconut oil, almond butter, and vanilla extract. Use a spatula to mix everything together until you achieve a smooth and well-combined mixture. Ensure there are no lumps of matcha or almond butter.
  • Spoon the mixture into your silicone mold or lined muffin tin, filling each cavity to the top. Use the spatula to smooth the tops if necessary.
  • Place the filled molds in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until the fat bombs are firm.
  • Once set, carefully pop the fat bombs out of the molds. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or in the freezer for longer shelf life.

Notes
