Ingredients

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Add minced garlic, Dijon mustard, dried oregano, dried basil, liquid stevia, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes to the mixture.
  • Season with salt and pepper according to your taste preferences.
  • Whisk all ingredients until they are well combined and the marinade is emulsified.
  • Place your steaks in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag.
  • Pour the marinade over the steaks, ensuring they are fully coated.
  • Seal the dish with plastic wrap or close the plastic bag, removing as much air as possible.
  • Refrigerate and allow the steaks to marinate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, for the best flavor infusion.

  • Discard any remaining marinade.
