Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground turkey
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • ½ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup Almond flour
  • 1 large Egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, finely chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, almond flour, and beaten egg. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Season the turkey mixture with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir the mixture again to ensure the spices are well incorporated.
  • Divide the mixture into four equal portions. Shape each portion into a burger patty, about 3/4 inch thick.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, place the patties in the skillet.
  • Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Once cooked, remove the burgers from the skillet and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

These Keto Turkey and Spinach Burgers can be served on lettuce wraps or keto-friendly buns. For added flavor, top with avocado slices, sugar-free ketchup, or mustard. Make sure the burgers are cooked to the safe internal temperature to ensure they are fully cooked and safe to eat.
