Ingredients

For the Keto Ranch Dip

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

For the Pepperoni Chips

  • 6 ounces pepperoni slices

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and well blended.
  • Add the apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Cover and refrigerate the dip for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • Arrange the pepperoni slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Ensure they do not overlap, as this will help them crisp up.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and slightly browned. Keep an eye on them, as they can burn quickly.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. The chips will continue to crisp as they cool.
