Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (100g / 3.5 oz)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (1.5g / 0.05 oz)
  • ½ tsp dried oregano (0.5g / 0.02 oz)
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the shredded Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Place heaping tablespoon-sized mounds of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of the spoon to form a thin circle.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 7 minutes, or until the edges of the crisps are golden brown and the centers are firm.
  • Remove from the oven and let the crisps cool on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes to set and become crispy before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with additional seasonings like chili flakes, rosemary, or thyme for a different twist on these crisps. They can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, making them a convenient grab-and-go keto snack.
