Cook the burgers - ensure the meat is fully cooked through.
Prepare the other ingredients for the burgers: lettuce, caramelised onions, parsley and chillies.
Make the sauce mixing together all the ingredients: tahini, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add enough cold water to get the right consistency.
Assemble the burgers according to your preferences. The burgers should be just slightly warm. Cook the patties, then wait a few minutes before assembling the burgers, until the meat will be at the right temperature. Same for the caramelised onions.

To make the caramelised onions, you can follow this recipe. Use balsamic vinegar for a tasty option. Don't add sugar if you want to keep the recipe keto.
