Begin by boiling 1 cup (236 ml) of the water in a small saucepan.
Once boiling, remove from heat and add the dried culinary lavender. Cover and let it steep for 5 minutes to infuse the water with lavender flavor.
Strain the lavender-infused water through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher, discarding the lavender solids.
Add the erythritol to the hot lavender water and stir until completely dissolved.
Pour in the fresh lemon juice and the remaining 3 cups (710 ml) of cold water. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more erythritol if needed.
Place the Keto Lavender Lemonade in the refrigerator to chill or serve immediately over ice cubes.
Garnish with fresh lemon slices and sprigs of lavender before serving.
