Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut oil melted
  • ½ cup Cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup Erythritol or preferred low-carb sweetener
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ cup Almond flour

Instructions

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients and equipment. You will need a mixing bowl, a whisk or electric mixer, a spatula, and a silicone mold or muffin tin lined with paper liners.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted coconut oil and softened cream cheese. Using a whisk or electric mixer, blend until smooth and creamy. This should take about 2-3 minutes.
  • Gradually add the erythritol, unsweetened cocoa powder, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the mixture. Continue to mix until all ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture is homogeneous.
  • Gently fold in the almond flour using a spatula. This will help thicken the mixture and give your fat bombs a delightful texture. Ensure there are no lumps of almond flour remaining.
  • Spoon the mixture into your silicone mold or muffin tin, filling each cavity about 3/4 of the way full. Use the back of your spoon or your fingers to smooth the tops.
  • Place the filled mold in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours, or until the fat bombs are firm to the touch. If you’re in a hurry, you can also place them in the freezer for about 30-45 minutes.
  • Once set, carefully remove the fat bombs from the mold. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze them for longer storage.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less erythritol according to your taste preferences. For an extra kick, consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper for a spicy twist!
