Instructions
Begin by brewing your espresso or strong coffee. If using a coffee machine, prepare a double shot of espresso. Alternatively, use a French press or any method you prefer to brew a strong cup of coffee.
In a saucepan over low heat, gently warm the heavy cream and almond milk together. Be careful not to boil, just heat until it's warm and steamy.
While the milk mixture is warming, add the butter and sugar-free caramel syrup to your coffee cup.
Pour the hot coffee into the cup, over the butter and caramel syrup, and stir until the butter is completely melted and the mixture is well combined.
Slowly add the warmed milk mixture to the coffee, stirring continuously to create a creamy texture.
If desired, top with a dollop of whipped cream and a drizzle of sugar-free caramel sauce for an extra indulgent touch.
