Ingredients

Chicken Patties

  • 1 pound ground chicken 453g
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour 16g
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce 60ml
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder 3.1g
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder 1.5g
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika 1g
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt 2g
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper 0.5g

Assembly

  • 4 keto buns, halved and toasted
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles 68g
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing 60ml
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce 70g
  • Additional buffalo sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, almond flour, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Divide the mixture into four equal portions and form them into patties.
  • Preheat a grill or skillet to medium-high heat. If using a skillet, add a small amount of cooking oil to prevent sticking.
  • Cook the chicken patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the juices run clear.
  • While the patties cook, prepare your keto buns and set aside.
  • Once the chicken burgers are done, remove them from the heat and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
  • To assemble the burgers, place a chicken patty on the bottom half of each keto bun.
  • Top each patty with an equal amount of blue cheese crumbles and drizzle with ranch dressing.
  • Add shredded lettuce and a drizzle more buffalo sauce if desired.
  • Cap with the top halves of the keto buns and serve immediately.
