Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Season each chicken breast with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Wrap each chicken breast with two slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
Place the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
While the chicken is baking, prepare the avocado salsa by combining the diced avocados, red onion, tomato, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste and gently mix to combine.
