Baking Soda

  • 1 tsp baking soda

Sea Salt

  • ½ tsp sea salt

Eggs

  • 5 large eggs

Unsalted Butter

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven and Prepare Pan: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, golden flaxseed meal, baking soda, and sea salt until well combined and free of lumps.
  • Blend Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Then, whisk in the melted butter and apple cider vinegar until the mixture is well incorporated.
  • Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until you have a smooth batter. Be careful not to overmix.
  • Transfer to Loaf Pan: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Bake the Bread: Place the loaf pan in the oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Cool Before Slicing: Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature before starting the recipe to ensure even mixing and rising. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer shelf life. For a nuttier flavor and added texture, consider adding a handful of chopped walnuts or pecans to the batter.
