Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins approx. 450g
  • 1 cup almond flour 96g
  • 1 tsp paprika 2g
  • ½ tsp garlic powder 1g
  • ½ tsp onion powder 1g
  • ½ tsp salt 2g
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper 0.5g
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream 15ml
  • Cooking spray for air fryer basket

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a shallow dish, combine almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the egg and heavy cream together until well combined.
  • Dip each chicken tenderloin into the egg mixture, then dredge in the almond flour mixture, ensuring an even coating.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • Place the coated chicken tenderloins in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch for even cooking.
  • Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.

Notes
