Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties.
Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for a medium cook, or until your desired level of doneness is reached.
While the burgers are cooking, in a separate pan, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Set aside on paper towels to drain excess fat.
Once the burgers are cooked, place a slice of cheese on each patty and let melt for about 1 minute.
Remove the burgers from the grill and allow them to rest for a couple of minutes.
Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a lettuce leaf, add a slice of tomato, a couple of slices of pickle, and two slices of bacon.
Wrap the lettuce around the contents and serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust the seasoning to your preference or add other keto-friendly toppings like avocado or a fried egg.If the burgers are sticking to the grill or skillet, lightly oil the surface before cooking.Ensure the internal temperature of the burgers reaches 160°F (71°C) for food safety.
