  • 2 tablespoons grass-fed unsalted butter (1 oz / 28 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil (15 ml)
  • sweetener of choice Optional: erythritol, stevia, monk fruit to taste
  • cinnamon or vanilla extract Optional: a pinch for flavor

Instructions

  • Brew one cup of your favorite coffee as you normally would.
  • Pour the hot coffee into a blender.
  • Add the grass-fed unsalted butter and MCT oil to the blender with the hot coffee.
  • If desired, add a sweetener of your choice and any additional flavors like cinnamon or vanilla extract.
  • Blend the mixture on high for about 30 seconds or until the coffee looks frothy and creamy.
  • Pour the blended coffee into your favorite mug and enjoy immediately.

Notes

If you do not have a blender, you can use a milk frother or an immersion blender to combine the coffee with the butter and MCT oil. Make sure the coffee is very hot to help the ingredients emulsify properly.
