Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Measure out the cheese into small, thin piles on the parchment paper, leaving space between each for spreading.
If using, lightly sprinkle your choice of seasonings over the cheese piles.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 7 minutes, or until the edges of the cheese crisps are golden brown.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the cheese crisps cool for a few minutes to firm up.
Once cooled, gently remove them using a spatula and transfer to a plate or an airtight container.
