½tsppaprika1.2g
¼tspsalt1.5g
¼tspblack pepper0.6g
½cupbuffalo sauce120ml
2tbspunsalted butter, melted30g
Instructions
Begin by washing the cauliflower and cutting it into bite-sized florets.
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until they are evenly coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded to allow for even cooking.
Air fry the cauliflower for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, give the basket a shake to flip the florets, then continue to air fry for another 10 minutes or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
While the cauliflower is cooking, prepare the buffalo sauce by mixing the buffalo sauce with melted butter in a bowl.
Once the cauliflower is cooked, transfer it to a bowl and pour the buffalo sauce mixture over the top. Toss gently to coat all the florets evenly.
Serve the buffalo cauliflower immediately, garnished with fresh herbs or a side of blue cheese dressing if desired.
Notes
To ensure your Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower is keto-friendly, use a buffalo sauce that is low in sugar and carbs.Adjust the level of spice by using a milder or hotter buffalo sauce to suit your taste preferences. If you prefer a dairy-free version, substitute the butter with a plant-based alternative or simply use more olive oil.For extra crispiness, you can lightly dust the cauliflower with almond flour before cooking, but this will alter the nutritional values.
